The Rinnegan Meaning"Samsara Eye" is the most Powerful then the Byakugan and sharingan combined of the three great eye techniques.The Rinnegan is characterized by a number of concentric circles around the pupil of the user. Its power is said to be enough to save or destroy the world, although what sort of powers and techniques this entails have not been stated in detail. Like the Sharingan, its user seems to be able to pick up on the mechanics and use of jutsu quickly and copys justus. In addition, the user has access to all six forms of elemental chakra, though has only identified five. It was first possessed by the Sage of the Six Paths ,said to be the founder of the ninja world. The first ninjutsu were derived from his abilities. Only ones who could gain the rinnegan but not its full power is the uchiha clan though only madara uchiha has unlocked it before his death. (Uzumaki,Uchiha, and Senju can all wield the rinnegan or at least beings with chakra of uchiha,senju, and uzumaki)

The Byakugan "White Eye" or "Evil Eye" is an eye technique that Only occurs in members of the Hyuga clan. Byakugan users are characterized by their lavender, pupil-less eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, their pupils somewhat appear and the veins near their temples bulge. Ability to see anyone chakra like an x-ray vision only able to the person with the Byakugan has a nearly 360 degree field of vision and able to block peoples chakra and pin point any type of chakra

The Sharingan "Copy Wheel Eye" or"Mirror Wheel Eye" is an eye technique that naturally occurs in all members of the Uchiha clan. The Sharingan is thought to be descended from the Byakugan, but grants the user different abilities and a different insight. The Sharingan does not automatically appear from birth in a user; instead, it will usually appear when the user is in a life-threatening situation, where the power of the Sharingan could save them. After this first appearance, the user can then call up the Sharingan any time they wish. The power of the Sharingan is judged through the number of tomoe in the eye, with a maximum of three in each. The Sharingan's first and most well known ability is to memorize any technique that it witnesses. It can memorize any standard form of jutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his/her own. In order to reproduce copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them.
the Sharingan cannot allow the user to reproduce other kekkei genkai since the Sharingan user doesn't possess the same genetic trait.The Sharingan also grants the user incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to track fast-moving objects with ease and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. The ability to track and predict movement is largely based on individual skill, as unskilled users have much more trouble tracking fast-moving objects. A fully-evolved Sharingan eye can track all even the quickest opponents, even if the user can't move at the same speed. This perception is also great enough to see through genjutsu and to observe the movement and flow of chakra, but not to the same extent or clarity as the Byakugan. Additionally, the Sharingan grants the user exceptional analytical powers, allowing them to instinctively pick up on various visual clues with little skill

The Mangekyo Sharingan "Mangeky Sharingan" or "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye" is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyo Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. However, unlike the Sharingan, its appearance seems to differ between users, as version is significantly different from other users. Those who have the potential to obtain it must make a great sacrifice in order to do so according to Itachi, they must kill their closest friend. does in fact do this to obtain his version, It has also been implied that use of the Mangekyo Sharingan may deteriorate the user's normal eyesight.

Doujutsu - This kind of Jutsu involves using ones eyes, and will recognize others Genjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu techniques to form a counter attack. Two examples of Doujutsu attacks would be Sharingan and White Eyes. Typically the only people who are able to use Doujutsu attacks are people born into a family that already knows it. Because these attacks don't require much chakra they can be used from long amounts of time, without tiring the user.

Genjutsu - These kinds of attacks use mostly illusions, and are performed to confuse the enemy; giving them visions and hallucinations. They're mainly used if the user wants to run away or attack from a distance without the enemy knowing. Genjutsu attacks usually will require a lot of skill, and if performed incorrectly will not work. These types of attacks use up a high amount of chakra and need perfect hand seals. Because of this they're most often used by a fighter with very high amounts of chakra or as a last resort.

Hijutsu (kekkei genkai) - Also known as Bloodline Limit techniques, these attacks are limited to those who belong to a certain clan or are the only one able to perform the attack. An example of a Hijutsu technique are: The Rinnegan,Sharingan,Byakugan

Taijutsu - This type of jutsu really only uses ones physical strength, and involves a lot of hand-hand combat. Taijutsu attacks are typically very fast, complex and usually require no chakra but also some types could.Because these kinds of attacks use only physical strength and are so much different from the other jutsus, most counter attacks won't work and thus gives the Taijutsu user an advantage

Ninjutsu - Probably the most common Jutsu type, Ninjutsu uses hand seals and chakra to make attacks. The more control someone has over their chakra the more powerful they'll be able to make a ninjutsu attack be. If the user is not able to fully concentrate while performing a ninjutsu attack it will not work successfully.

Kinjutsu - Kinjutsu attacks are the techniques that have been banned or outlawed by the leader of a village. These kinds of attacks are usually ones that can do extreme amounts of damage and are dangerous if to fall into the wrong hands. It's because of this that they are made illegal.
