⌛ Sunagakure The Village Hidden in the sand

Sunagakure (砂隠れの里, Sunagakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden by Sand") is the hidden village of the Land of Wind. As one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Sunagakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Kazekage, who resides in a spherical structure in the center of the village.

Shinobi from this village believe that the accomplishment of a mission predominates the lives of the ninja trying to accomplish it. As such, they are known to be ruthless in battle meaning to them, failure is not an option. Should failure seem inevitable, a Suna shinobi would almost surely try to make a success of their mission in some way or another.

~Defenses~
The only passage to travel into the valley is in a cleft between two cliff faces which provides a natural defence for the village making the area very hard to attack. Sand appears to continuously fall down either side of the cleft's walls and pour out of the crack, making the walls appear to always be moving. When walking through the cleft, the feeling of eyes watching you will always be present, due to the abundance of puppet made horseshoe crab like entities that are about the size of a regular shinobi are hidden beneath the rolling sands. When someone enters with a sinister intent upon the village, the puppets will react through the means of sand manipulation, crushing their attackers to death.
The buildings also seem to be made of clay or stucco which would help to keep the buildings cool and allow them to also withstand the raging sand storms which are common in the area. The entire village can be protected by a dome of sand, easily activated by the Kage or a set of three high level Jounin, stationed around the proximity of the village. Each Jounin will need to form the necessary hand seals, and since they are functioning as Senties this job is their main task.
A midst the villagers of the village are literal copies in the form of puppets. These copies are made to go about living the normal every day activities of the village should the village be under siege. This allowing to protect the lives of the village members, and allow for an army like defensive force to go against those that get passed the original defenses.
