itachi wins, kakuzu would force him to use susanoo once he sets free his pets but that's it, a healthy itachi would stomp with amaterasu/totsuka and probably AIDS itachi would do the same

@hagoromo how do ju know hashi lasted long against kakuzu? Hashi mightve smashed his a** i know young unexperienced naruto beat him. Kakuzu looks into itachi eyes it over. Get get rid of amaterasu. According to obito and danzo susanoo is powerful and fast. And hard to dodge.
